Elvas (UNESCO), Winery & Picnic Tour
Depart from Lisbon to the untouched landscape of the Alentejo plain. Upon arrival we will make our way to the renowned winery, Adega Mayor, designed by the Portuguese award winning architect Siza Vieira. Here you will be treated to a traditional picnic consisting of specialties of the estate along with a private tour and tasting of its highly regarded wines.
Continuing to Elvas, a UNESCO designated town and previous Bastian town that helped to maintain the independence of Portugal and its history, you will visit the 17th century fortifications, a 7km aqueduct with an impressive 843 arches, the castle and the cathedral located in the oldest part of the city.
Relax on your drive back to Lisbon.

Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a booking.
- More than 14 days prior to the tour: 80% refund.
- 14 to 7 days prior to the tour: 20% refund.
- Less than 7 days: No refund*.
*Note: If travelling on a cruise ship which does not dock for some reason, a full refund will be made.
