Lisbon & Sintra (UNESCO) Tour (from Porto)
Depart from Porto to the capital city of Lisbon where one of the first sites you will see is the April 25th Suspension Bridge, sister to the Golden Gate, and the towering Christ the King statue. We will venture through the main squares and avenues with a short walk in the old district of Alfama, St. Jorge Castle, continuing to the popular spots of Rossio, Chiado and Bairro Alto. In the afternoon we will head to Belém to visit Jeronimos Monastery, the Discoveries Monument, the Tower of Belém and taste "Pasteis de Belém", Lisbon’s famous, and delicious, custard pastries.
In the afternoon, the tour takes us for a relaxing drive along the scenic coastal road to Estoril and Cascais, Portugal's first premier seaside resorts, where we will enjoy a traditional lunch. Making our way to Sintra, a UNESCO world heritage site and considered one of the most beautiful places in Portugal, to experience the historical center and the breathtaking Pena Palace, once the summer residence of early Portuguese kings and aristocrats. There will be some free time for exploring the town.

Continue to the seaside resort towns of Estoril and Cascais for a traditional Portuguese lunch and some breathtaking scenery before leaving for UNESCO Heritage Site of Sintra. In Sintra you will experince the historical centre and the amazing Pena Palace. The tour concludes upon return to your hotel.
